Integrated Designer (Digital & Motion)

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking an Integrated Designer with strong digital and motion expertise to work closely with clients and brands. The role is remote and fast‑paced, supporting a variety of projects across the agency’s global network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital and motion design concepts for social media, web, email and display campaigns.
• Collaborate with strategy, copywriting and editorial teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
• Produce storyboards, art direction and high‑quality motion assets using Adobe tools.
• Maintain and adapt responsive, modular design systems while ensuring accessibility best practices.
• Share knowledge across the network, mentor junior designers and contribute to pitch presentations.

Required profile

• Approximately 8 years of agency experience in digital and motion design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating contemporary graphic design, typography and social/digital standards.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
