About the role
Indwe Risk Services, one of South Africa’s largest independent brokers, is seeking an Insurance Advisor for its Witbank office. The role focuses on increasing market share by selling appropriate risk solutions to existing clients and delivering a rewarding service experience at every touch point.
Key responsibilities
- Sell appropriate risk solutions to existing clients within the Advisory Division.
- Increase Indwe’s market share by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Sound knowledge of the insurance and brokerage industry, including FAIS requirements.
- Technical insurance knowledge (underwriting) and understanding of personal lines insurance.
- Personal attributes such as influential, assertiveness, flexibility, resilience and proactive attitude.
- Matric Level 4 (FETC) with a short‑term insurance qualification; higher certificate in insurance is an advantage.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
- Technical insurance knowledge (underwriting).
