Incentives & Recognition Manager

About the role

A performance‑driven organisation in the sales and financial services sector is seeking an experienced Incentives & Recognition Manager. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources and Quality Officer, you will lead the design, management and delivery of sales incentive programmes, recognition initiatives and internal engagement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor sales incentive programmes and employee recognition initiatives.
• Manage the full incentive lifecycle from concept through payout, including financial controls, cash disbursements, budget tracking and ROI reporting.
• Oversee internal communications, create content, coordinate events and manage suppliers.
• Lead and develop one direct report.

Required profile

• BCom Marketing, Communications or equivalent qualification (advantageous).
• 3–5 years of experience in a comparable, fast‑paced role.
• Experience in a sales or call‑centre environment (advantageous).
• Demonstrated budget management and cash‑handling experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competency in content creation tools such as Canva.
