About the role
Miway is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to assigned business units. The role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with both the overall HR strategy and the specific business strategy, fostering productive workplaces and helping leaders achieve their objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business areas to understand strategic challenges and deliver HR interventions.
- Support recruitment processes: develop job profiles, advertise vacancies, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
- Handle HR administration: prepare letters, contracts, benefits documentation, and generate regular HR reports.
- Administer payroll and conduct exit interviews.
- Ensure every employee has a Personal Development Plan and assist with talent review processes.
- Collaborate with the Group HR Shared Service Centre and Centre of Expertise to deliver HR programs, policies, and systems.
Required profile
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships with business leaders.
- Strong understanding of departmental or business strategic challenges.
- Experience delivering HR interventions that drive positive workplace outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
