HR Talent Scout – Recruitment & HR Operations Lead

About the role

Codekeeper is seeking a proactive HR Talent Scout to lead recruitment and support HR operations. You will refine processes, improve candidate experience, and help attract and retain top talent in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, post and optimise job openings across multiple platforms.
• Design and manage application and screening processes in line with company policies.
• Expand recruitment reach and enhance candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and conduct initial screening calls.
• Present job offers, detailing terms, remuneration and benefits.
• Explore new platforms, tools and strategies to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Document procedures and workflows in the HR Recruitment Folder.
• Develop, structure and document HR procedures aligned with company policies.
• Manage onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Organise three online team gatherings and one offline event per year to foster engagement and culture.

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented HR professional.
• Passionate about talent acquisition and people strategy.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven and eager to grow within the role.
• Ability to contribute to cross‑functional projects and bring fresh ideas.
