Head of Marketing

About the role

Yuppiechef is looking for an experienced marketing leader to shape the future of its brand and drive sustainable business growth. The Head of Marketing will own the full marketing function, working closely with the executive team and cross‑functional stakeholders to champion innovation, customer insight and creative excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term marketing and brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead ecommerce and digital marketing initiatives to drive online growth and customer acquisition.
• Build customer‑centric campaigns across digital, retail, social media and other channels.
• Oversee the Creative Studio, visual merchandising and ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints.
• Analyse customer insights, market trends and performance data to inform strategy and manage the annual marketing budget.

Required profile

• Postgraduate degree (NQF Level 8) in Marketing or a related field.
• 8–10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading integrated marketing strategies across digital and retail environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and financial skills.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor and develop multidisciplinary marketing teams.
