Head of Growth / Growth Marketing Director

About the role

ClinicPro, a fast‑growing AI startup transforming healthcare clinic operations, is seeking a high‑performance Growth Marketing Director. This role is hands‑on, responsible for owning the end‑to‑end growth engine, from strategy through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute ClinicPro’s growth strategy, including lead generation and funnel performance.
• Launch, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
• Develop, test and refine offers, positioning, messaging and landing pages.
• Improve conversion rates throughout the entire funnel using CRO techniques.
• Collaborate with leadership on go‑to‑market strategy and create campaign concepts and content angles.
• Analyse performance data, make optimisation decisions and build systems for predictable pipeline growth.
• Identify new growth channels and work closely with sales, operations and client success teams.
