About the role

Join a prestigious airline brand to provide multilingual support to passengers worldwide. The role is fully remote, handling pre‑ and post‑flight queries in Greek and English while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers with pre‑ and post‑flight travel‑related queries in Greek and English.
• Operate airline reservation systems and manage outbound voice calls, written correspondence and other multimedia channels daily.
• Interact with international passengers, addressing queries, compliments and service issues.
• Meet specific key performance indicators and client service level expectations.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Greek (verbal and written) with strong English skills.
• Located in South Africa; permanent residence permit or South African ID preferred, visa holders considered.
• Excellent computer literacy and technical aptitude.
• No criminal record.

What we offer

• Salary R240 000 CTC per annum (R20 000 per month).
