Graduate Program – Commercial Sales

About the role

As a Graduate in HP South Africa’s Commercial Sales organization, you will rotate across sales functions, gaining a strategic view of the printing and computing markets. You will support customers and partners in South‑Central Africa, helping them leverage HP’s portfolio of products, services and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and developing business opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations and negotiations.
• Contribute to market analysis and sales forecasting.
• Support the rollout of HP solutions and services across the region.
• Engage in on‑the‑job stretch assignments and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field obtained within the last 12 months.
• Passion for technology and innovation.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
