Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or a related field such as Electronics with automation experience.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience, with proven project and supplier management abilities.
• Strong determination and grit to tackle challenging tasks.
• Willingness to travel overseas regularly and a hands‑on approach to building prototypes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD design and PLC programming.
• Automation expertise, including control of servo motors, temperature circuits, HMIs and pneumatics.
• Strong Python programming skills for control‑system applications (temperature, pressure, flow).
• Experience in machine design, R&D and circuit design.
