About the role

First National Bank (FNB) invites final‑year university students and recent graduates to join its 2027 Graduate Development Programme. Participants will be employed in full‑time roles across retail and commercial banking, gaining hands‑on experience in a variety of business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Support credit, risk and fraud analysis activities.
• Contribute to product, process and technology development projects.
• Assist with financial and data analysis for banking operations.
• Participate in customer experience, usability and brand management initiatives.
• Engage in financial management and reporting tasks.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in a relevant discipline (e.g., actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, information systems, computer science, data science, chemistry, UX or related fields).
• Innovative, self‑starting attitude with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
