About the role
The Learning Programme – Graduate In Training (Commercial) is a full‑time position at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, based at the Koeberg Power Station in the Western Cape. The role is graded at L7 and falls under the Commercial specialization within the Human Resources department. Applicants must be South African citizens and hold a completed BCom or BA degree in Commerce, Supply Chain or Logistics. Successful candidates will receive structured institutionalised training combined with on‑the‑job learning, and will be placed across Eskom Operations to gain exposure to multiple divisions and develop commercial expertise in the energy sector.

- Knowledge – Familiarity with Eskom’s policies and procedures.
