About the role

K2 builds applications that automate and streamline business processes for millions of users worldwide. As a Graduate Associate you will provide first‑tier technical support for K2 products and assist users across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑tier technical support on the latest K2 products via ticketing system and phone.
• Support K2 users and internal departments with design, development, infrastructure and maintenance queries.
• Interact with the K2 community through a technical online forum.
• Share technical knowledge via knowledge‑base articles, white papers and presentations.
• Analyse work processes and contribute ideas for product and operational improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of software support or development experience on Microsoft server technologies.
• Knowledge of programming in .Net, Java, scripting and basic SQL.
• Fast learner with a keen eye for complex systems and data flows.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
