Global Graduate Program – Commerce

About the role

Join Heineken’s Global Graduate Program in Commerce and embark on a three‑year rotational journey designed to fast‑track your career. You will spend 18 months working across key functions in South Africa (Stellenbosch, Durbanville or Sandton) before completing an international assignment and moving into a management position.

Key responsibilities

• Complete three six‑month rotations: an initial functional role, a cross‑functional assignment, and an international placement.
• Support commercial operations, sales, and marketing initiatives within the assigned operating company.
• Lead projects that contribute to business growth and strategic execution.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive change and deliver results.
