German Customer Service Consultant

About the role

Join a prestigious airline brand as a German Customer Service Consultant, handling passenger queries before and after flights. You will work in a fast‑paced call centre environment, providing assistance in both German and English.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers with travel‑related queries via voice calls and written correspondence in German and English.
• Operate airline reservation systems and manage customer interactions across multiple channels.
• Meet defined key performance indicators and service level targets.
• Handle high‑volume, time‑sensitive calls in a 24/7 operational setting.
• Participate in fully paid product and systems training.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in German (verbal and written); advanced level may be considered.
• Located in Cape Town, South Africa, with a permanent residence permit or South African ID.
• Excellent computer literacy and technical aptitude.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• No criminal record and previous customer service experience preferred.
