General Worker – Operations

About the role

We are seeking several proactive General Workers to join our internal, in‑house operations team. This role is ideal for a self‑directed individual who takes pride in maintaining a world‑class environment, whether in warehouse, cleaning, or site support.

Key responsibilities

• Event set‑up and strike: assemble and dismantle event furniture, branding banners, and AV stands for weekly professional workshops.
• Warehouse organization: sort, label, and shelf incoming promotional stock to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
• Routine cleaning: execute a daily sanitation checklist for all common areas and meeting rooms.
• Manual logistical support: load and unload at least three delivery vehicles per week containing marketing materials.
• Mobile task management: use a mobile application to receive, update, and close facility maintenance tickets.

Required profile

• Proven discipline with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing physical tasks independently.
• Technical aptitude: experience in warehouse environments or facility maintenance.
• Professional attitude: polite, helpful conduct aligned with Career Start’s culture.
• Mobile literacy: ability to manage tasks via mobile platforms.
• Organised, proactive, reliable, with strong verbal communication and the ability to work independently.
