About the role
Arxo Metals is seeking a General Manager – Commercial to drive commercialisation, financial sustainability, and organisational development across all divisions. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as a strategic partner and operational understudy, participating in executive decision‑making and long‑term planning.
Key responsibilities
- Co‑develop and execute the commercialisation roadmap for every division.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including offtake agreements, partnerships, and supply contracts.
- Translate strategic intent into executable business plans and investment cases.
- Oversee Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) processes and ensure delivery of bankable business plans.
- Support capital‑raising initiatives and engage with investors, financiers, and strategic partners.
- Structure and negotiate joint ventures in the chrome recovery and beneficiation space.
- Maintain governance, commercial frameworks, and accountability for high‑priority project timelines.
- Collaborate with technical and business‑development teams to ensure project bankability and scalability.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior commercial leadership within the metals, mining, or related industrial sector.
- Strong track record of negotiating complex agreements and joint ventures.
- Ability to align technical feasibility, market demand, and financial viability.
- Experience driving DFS processes and delivering investor‑ready business plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with investors, financiers, and industry partners.
