About the role

Icebolethu Group, South Africa’s second largest Funeral Assurance provider, is seeking Funeral Planners to coordinate, plan and execute burial services for its clients. The role involves managing logistics, providing administrative support and ensuring a high‑quality, dignified experience for families.

Key responsibilities

Plan and manage logistics and event coordination for funerals.
Provide administrative support to the burials team.
Inform clients about value‑added services offered by Icebolethu Group.
Maintain accurate records using Easipol, Excel and other tools.
Collaborate across departments to deliver a zero‑defect service.
Promote consistency, sustainability and compliance with PPE and health‑and‑safety policies.

Required profile

Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
Qualification in Sales, Logistics or the funeral industry.
Computer literate with at least 1‑2 years of administration experience.
Knowledge of the Easipol system is an advantage.
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle are advantageous.
