Frontend Developer – React (Remote, UK Projects)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Frontend Developer with strong React experience to support a UK‑based employer. This fully remote position is ideal for a South African professional who can work independently across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces for multiple UK projects.
• Handle bug fixes, feature requests, and conduct code reviews promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across time zones.
• Maintain accurate development records, documentation, and version control.
• Utilise React, TypeScript, Git and modern CI/CD pipelines in daily work.
• Provide technical guidance, assist with sprint planning and delivery.
• Identify and implement improvements for performance, accessibility, and user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of frontend development experience, preferably with React.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with UK‑based clients is a plus.
• Reliable laptop, stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
