Fleet Administrator (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

Remote Recruitment is seeking a Fleet Administrator to support a UK‑based employer. Working remotely from South Africa, you will keep the UK vehicle fleet legal, serviced and on the road by tracking MOTs, servicing, insurance and driver records.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle records including MOT, service, tax and insurance dates
• Schedule servicing, repairs and inspections with garages
• Track driver licences, checks and training renewals
• Process fuel card, toll and congestion charge administration
• Log incidents and support insurance claim paperwork
• Produce fleet cost and compliance reports

Required profile

• Experience with fleet, vehicle or compliance‑heavy administration
• Strong discipline in diary and renewal tracking across many dates
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for cost and status reporting
• Ability to liaise confidently with garages, drivers and suppliers
• Accurate record‑keeping under audit conditions
