About the role

IWCP Insurance & Wealth Creation Professionals, an affiliate of Liberty, is looking for motivated Financial Advisers to join their team in Woodmead, Sandton. You will build your own client base, provide tailored financial solutions and help individuals, families and businesses achieve their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to understand client goals and circumstances.
• Provide tailored advice and recommend solutions across insurance, investments, retirement and wealth creation.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio through networking, referrals and business development.
• Review and adjust client financial plans as needs evolve.
• Educate clients on financial planning principles and support informed decision‑making.
• Achieve sales and business growth targets while upholding ethical and professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development and team meetings.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
• Valid South African ID and driver’s licence.
• Own reliable vehicle.
• Previous sales or customer‑service experience (advantageous).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building a successful career.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and eager to learn.
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
