Finance Manager

About the role

Sporty is seeking a Finance Manager to support its global B2B growth ambitions. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will own and develop the finance function for your remit, ensuring robust processes, controls and scalable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end finance function for the assigned business unit, delivering accurate and efficient financial operations.
• Design, implement and continuously improve financial processes, systems and internal controls.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders, embedding finance into day‑to‑day decision‑making and long‑term planning.
• Create and maintain budgets, forecasts, P&L, cash‑flow and working‑capital projections.
• Analyse financial and operational performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Support market expansion and commercial initiatives with financial analysis and operational finance support.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers and other external partners.
• Ensure compliance with local audit, legal, tax, regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Deliver timely, decision‑focused financial reporting and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
