About the role

Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to work closely with senior leadership, strengthen financial structures, improve reporting, and modernise systems. This role offers a high‑potential finance professional the chance to step into a leadership position with clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Lead management accounts and financial reporting across multiple business units.
• Drive cash‑flow and working‑capital optimisation.
• Improve stock and inventory processes and visibility.
• Strengthen audit readiness, controls, and financial governance.
• Identify and implement system and process improvements.
• Partner with leadership to provide commercial insights.

Required profile

• Relevant degree.
• 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in retail, manufacturing, FMCG or similar sectors.
• Strong technical grounding in accounting, reporting, and controls.
• Proven exposure to stock/inventory environments.
• Experience with cash‑flow and working‑capital management.
• Commercial mindset with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, driven individual ready for broader leadership responsibilities.
• Willingness to work across two separate locations.
