About the role
We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead our financial administration with a strong emphasis on debtor management, cash flow control, and process automation. The role is hands‑on and operational, ensuring disciplined cash collection while driving efficiency through technology.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts receivable function and enforce strict debt collection procedures.
- Monitor debtor ageing, DSO and produce weekly cash‑flow reports for management.
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve payment delays and disputes.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities for debtor reminders, collection systems and reporting dashboards.
- Oversee financial administration, internal controls, credit limits and reconciliations.
- Support month‑end close, inventory reconciliation and maintain financial governance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and credit control, preferably in FMCG or high‑transaction environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales and operations teams.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel
- Financial systems (ERP) knowledge
- Process automation tools and techniques
