Fashion Production Assistant

About the role

UDO & HARMONY is seeking a highly organized and creative Fashion Production Assistant to support its Cape Town team. You will work across production, sales, and supplier coordination, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced luxury fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the production of fashion, knitwear, and accessories.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and production partners.
• Support creative direction and product development initiatives.
• Conduct quality‑control checks to maintain high manufacturing standards.
• Manage production schedules, product tracking, and related documentation.
• Provide sales‑operations support and handle customer communications.
• Coordinate fittings, sampling, and overall production workflow.
• Help keep studio operations organized and efficient.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Fashion Design (advantageous).
• Previous experience in fashion production assistance or quality control (advantageous).
• Strong organisational, administrative and communication abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Team‑player with a positive attitude and adaptability to a fast‑moving environment.
