Facilities Coordinator

About the role

The Facilities Coordinator will be based at Coca‑Cola Beverages South Africa’s manufacturing site in Midrand. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration equipment to ensure it meets the company’s quality standards and supports excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and urgent repairs on all refrigeration equipment used in production.
• Verify that equipment performance complies with established quality and safety standards.
• Document maintenance activities and keep accurate records of equipment condition.
• Coordinate with internal teams to minimise downtime and support production schedules.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues to achieve rapid resolution.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in facilities or equipment maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to quality standards and customer service outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site and follow safety procedures.
