Expert Detailing Representative (Pharma Sales) – Togo

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Expert Detailing Representative to promote consumer healthcare brands to healthcare providers (HCPs) across Togo. You will combine scientific knowledge with sales expertise to drive product awareness, adoption, and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct expert detailing sessions with HCPs, presenting clinical data and therapeutic benefits.
• Recruit HCPs to digital platforms and support remote engagement initiatives.
• Utilize multiple channels (face‑to‑face, webinars, email) to maintain high‑quality interactions.
• Distribute medical samples and guide HCPs in using patient communication tools.
• Track and achieve KPIs such as AWR, BRMO, SoR and meet territory sales targets.
• Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to internal teams.
• Organize educational events and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards.

Required profile

• BSc or equivalent in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, specifically Veeva CRM.
