Experienced Remote Social Media Manager for High-Volume Scheduling Across 20+ Accounts

About the role

We are a US‑based entertainment marketing agency that manages social media for live comedy venues nationwide. The role is fully remote and focuses on keeping a high‑volume posting system running smoothly for 15‑20 venues.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a rolling content calendar for each venue, pulling show data from venue websites weekly.
• Write captions and schedule 75+ posts per day across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Handle same‑day venue requests such as schedule changes, cancellations, and on‑sale announcements.
• Brief and coordinate with a remote video editor to ensure timely asset delivery.
• Monitor and adjust the calendar to stay current one month out for all accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience managing social media accounts, with a track record of handling 10+ accounts simultaneously.
• Proficient with at least one social scheduling tool (e.g., Vista Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer).
• Highly organized, able to absorb last‑minute changes across a full roster.
• Strong written English and professional home workstation (webcam, noise‑canceling headset, stable 25 Mbps+ internet).
• Available full‑time during US business hours (MST/Arizona).
