About the role
The Estimator will prepare and deliver accurate, competitive quotations for construction projects, liaise with customers to capture technical specifications, and support downstream project operations. This role ensures timely quote turnaround and maintains pricing integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive, and timely quotations to facilitate seamless customer ordering.
- Proactively contact customers to gather critical technical specifications and requirements for precise quoting.
- Prioritize rapid quote delivery to maintain a high level of customer responsiveness and satisfaction.
- Consistently apply the latest official price lists to ensure margin integrity and accurate project costing.
- Follow up on uncaptured quotes to identify lost opportunities, analyze competitive trends, and gather strategic market intelligence.
- Assist with project planning, job card completion, and downstream production support.
- Utilize NetSuite to capture quote data accurately and generate official order acknowledgments.
