About the role
2nd Storey Property Management is a dynamic, fast‑growing real‑estate company expanding its sales and rental team. The role offers free training and ongoing support for ambitious individuals ready to build a successful career in property sales and lettings.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business and secure property mandates.
- Market properties effectively to attract qualified buyers and tenants.
- Qualify clients and leads, conduct property viewings and manage negotiations.
- Convert leads into transactions and oversee the transaction process professionally.
- Maintain an active client database and deliver exceptional client service.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience in an active environment (real‑estate experience is an advantage).
- Matric qualification.
- Own reliable transport, cell phone and laptop.
- Willingness to obtain real‑estate qualifications while earning.
