Digital Performance Media Specialist

About the role

Our client is looking for a performance‑driven digital marketing specialist to own the paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube, focusing on customer acquisition, ROAS improvement and data‑led optimisation. The position is based onsite in Westville.

Key responsibilities

• Test, learn and scale campaigns across multiple platforms while partnering with platform specialists and internal stakeholders.
• Manage large‑scale advertising budgets, optimise for growth and return on investment.
• Identify opportunities, diagnose challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Turn insights into action and continuously improve campaign performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years experience in search and performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce or performance‑marketing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making skills with a commercial focus.
• Ability to identify opportunities, diagnose challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Strong testing mindset with experience using insights and experimentation to improve performance.

Required skills

• Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Mobile).
• Google Analytics Certified.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Meta Certified (preferred).
• Exposure to Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
