Digital Campaign Manager

About the role

Connect, a dynamic media company in South Africa, is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to maximise clients’ digital budgets and drive performance‑lead campaigns across paid social channels. You will act as the technical bridge between clients, digital leads and media managers, ensuring campaigns are set up, optimised and reported with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, optimise and analyse performance‑driven digital campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and other paid‑social platforms.
• Set up standard and custom pixel events, conversion tracking and verification tracking across platforms and GA4.
• Manage budgets, allocate spend effectively and troubleshoot technical issues within buying platforms.
• Produce regular performance reports and post‑campaign analyses for digital leads and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate expectations and deliver strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in performance‑lead campaigns.
• 4‑6 years of experience in paid media management or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into optimisation actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to simplify technical concepts.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
