DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to become the technical backbone of a fast‑growing SaaS platform serving elite fitness, wellness and personal‑care brands. You will own a production stack, act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, and ensure the infrastructure remains fast, stable and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable, secure, high‑performance infrastructure solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business needs into actionable architecture.
• Build proofs‑of‑concept, technical demos and comprehensive documentation for partners.
• Partner with engineering to ensure successful product implementations and smooth product‑market fit.
• Support pre‑sales engagements by presenting technical capabilities and addressing deep‑dive architectural requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide guidance on best‑practice infrastructure.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
• Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops and onboarding programs for enterprise clients.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Solutions Engineering or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Self‑directed, high‑ownership mindset with a passion for solving complex puzzles.
