About the role
Ecolab is looking for a motivated Customer Care Agent to join its call centre team. You will use your energy and interpersonal abilities to help customers maximize the value of Ecolab products while delivering a high‑quality service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle 60‑100 inbound calls per day and make outbound calls as needed.
- Provide courteous, efficient call handling while demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills.
- Continuously update knowledge of Ecolab products, accounts, tools and dispensing systems.
- Accurately capture call information and process orders, requests, or referrals.
- Develop technical and mechanical expertise to assist customers and field staff with dispenser system issues.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
- Experience using customer‑service software.
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
- Preferably a completed or in‑progress degree.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize workload.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of SAP.
