Consumer Telesales Representative – SaaS Solutions

About the role

Our client in Centurion is seeking an experienced Consumer Telesales Representative to promote SaaS solutions to new and existing customers. You will be responsible for meeting cold‑calling targets, presenting product benefits, and driving sales through a structured visitation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by selling and promoting SaaS solutions to new customers.
• Meet weekly cold‑calling and daily new‑customer presentation targets.
• Present product features and benefits persuasively to both new and existing customers.
• Enter accurate opportunities into the pipeline and manage them weekly for quick closure.
• Measure and act on customer upgrade opportunities in line with SLA requirements.
• Address customer concerns professionally and overcome objections to close sales.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in telesales or a similar industry.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Proficiency with email, instant messaging, video‑conferencing tools and making calls.
• Experience in the fleet management/vehicle tracking sector is preferred.
