About the role
The Ideal Crew is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman and Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities in Cape Town. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required specifications while ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all on‑site construction activities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience managing complex construction projects
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Update monthly programme
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and site teams
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field will be advantageous
