Client Success Manager – Remote (South Africa) – Sydney Hours

About the role

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join a fast‑growing performance marketing agency that serves clinics and healthcare businesses. The role is fully remote, based in South Africa, but operates on Sydney business hours (GMT+10). You will own the end‑to‑end client journey, ensuring onboarding, retention, and growth while collaborating closely with internal media teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full client lifecycle from contract signing through renewal, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Run structured weekly check‑in calls, manage expectations, and maintain a trust‑based relationship.
• Monitor daily campaign performance (CPL, CPA, appointment show rate, pipeline value) and trigger corrective actions.
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including Slack setup, GHL access, intake forms, and kickoff calls.
• Collaborate with media buyers and fulfillment teams to align deliverables with client goals.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Proven track record managing client accounts with accountability for campaign outcomes.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and pipeline value.
• Ability to analyse data, identify issues early, and propose solutions.
• Experience working closely with media buyers and performance teams.
• Excellent client‑facing skills, including running calls, managing expectations, and handling objections.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and systems discipline.
