About the role
We are seeking a motivated Client Sales Representative to join a leading Australian dental clinic that delivers AI‑powered voice reception and appointment solutions. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on handling inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all inbound leads and follow up consistently.
- Qualify prospects using the provided script and framework.
- Schedule qualified appointments on the sales calendar.
- Maintain accurate records in GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Meet daily outreach, call, and booking KPIs.
- Deliver a positive patient experience throughout each interaction.
- Handle objections confidently and adapt to difficult questions.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and call reviews.
Required profile
- Native or near‑native English speaker with strong verbal communication.
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telesales, or customer service.
- Comfortable handling objections and guiding prospects toward a decision.
- Self‑motivated, coachable, and results‑oriented.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.
- Availability to work full‑time, six days per week in Australian or American time zones.
Required skills
- GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM proficiency.
- Power dialer usage (preferred).
What we offer
- Competitive monthly pay ranging from R17 000 to R25 500.
- Performance bonus of $5 USD per booked appointment that attends.
- Optional 7‑day availability for increased compensation.
