About the role
As a Client Care Advisor at OUTsurance, you will engage with existing policyholders, handling inbound calls, resolving queries, and proactively upselling additional insurance solutions. The role blends customer service excellence with sales ambition in a fast‑paced call‑centre environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound client calls and provide accurate information on policies.
- Identify upsell opportunities and recommend suitable additional coverage.
- Handle client complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to compliance standards.
Required profile
- Minimum Matric qualification or equivalent.
- FAIS accreditation (Regulatory Exams – RE5) for those with prior financial services experience.
- Extensive sales and customer‑service experience, preferably in a call‑centre setting.
- Strong attention to detail, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
