Clerk – Settlement and Cash Reconciliation

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, service‑driven Clerk to join our settlement team. You will be responsible for accurate daily cash reconciliations, processing settlement documentation, and providing professional support to representatives and agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process all daily settlement documentation received for capture.
• Identify and report any anomalies where policies and procedures are not adhered to.
• Assist representatives and agencies with queries and challenges related to daily cash reconciliations.
• Perform linking and unlinking of receipts.
• Handle complaints and enquiries from representatives and management, providing timely feedback.
• Follow up via email on outstanding or incorrect information or documentation with relevant parties.
• Escalate and communicate matters of importance to management.
