C&I Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled C&I Engineer to lead the development and maintenance of industrial automation and reporting solutions. The role involves close collaboration with EC&I technicians and multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure reliable monitoring and control across our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance existing automation and reporting software.
• Drive the creation of new industrial automation tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide operational support for monitoring and control systems, including software changes and guidance to technicians.
• Develop standards, templates, and control logic for consistent implementation.
• Implement control software and develop reporting/monitoring tools using Ignition, SQL, and Flow platforms.
• Create and maintain Ignition Perspective templates.
• Integrate software packages as required.

Required profile

• B.Eng. in Electronic, Mechatronic, Control & Instrumentation or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in industrial automation.
• At least 3 years working with Ignition Vision and Perspective platforms.
• Minimum 2 years of on‑site commissioning or operational support, preferably in water treatment.
• Strong interest and experience in machine learning, AI, and data science.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and solve technical problems.
