Chief Technology Officer – Technology Strategy Leader

About the role

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will define and execute Nexio’s technology vision, shaping the managed‑services portfolio and delivery strategy. Reporting to senior leadership, the CTO ensures that ICT solutions enable clients to operate secure, high‑performing hybrid environments across infrastructure, networking, connectivity and back‑office services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the technology strategy aligned with business growth and market positioning.
• Develop road‑maps for hybrid infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, security and back‑office services.
• Design, evolve and govern the end‑to‑end managed‑services portfolio, ensuring scalability and commercial viability.
• Provide executive oversight of solution architecture, establish governance, and resolve high‑risk technical issues.
• Act as the technical authority in strategic bids, support sales teams, and engage C‑level client stakeholders.
• Monitor ICT market trends, lead new service line development, and represent the company in industry forums.
• Build and lead high‑performing technical teams, define skills strategy and drive automation and platform maturity.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory and governance standards.

Required profile

• Proven executive experience in technology leadership, preferably within managed services or systems integration.
• Strong track record of defining technology strategy and delivering complex ICT solutions.
• Ability to influence C‑level clients and collaborate with sales, presales and delivery teams.
• Experience building and scaling high‑performing technical teams.
