Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Caribbean Car Rental

About the role

We are partnering with a globally recognised car rental and mobility brand operating in the Caribbean. The company seeks a hands‑on Chief Executive Officer to drive the next phase of expansion, operational transformation and commercial growth across its multi‑site, asset‑intensive business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead significant fleet and operational expansion across the Caribbean region.
• Drive revenue growth and increase market share in a competitive environment.
• Develop premium customer‑experience initiatives, especially for airport locations.
• Expand corporate partnerships, leasing, hospitality and other commercial channels.
• Launch and scale new franchise or agent‑style operating models.
• Take full ownership of business performance, execution and P&L delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience as CEO, COO, Managing Director or General Manager.
• Strong operational and commercial leadership capability.
• Experience in car rental, automotive, mobility, hospitality, logistics, aviation services, equipment rental or similar service‑led sectors.
• Proven track record leading multi‑site operations and teams of 50+ employees.
• Strong financial and strategic acumen with ability to execute quickly.
• MBA, CA(SA), CPA or similar qualifications advantageous but not essential.
