Change, Communications & Culture Manager – Workforce Transformation

About the role

PwC’s Workforce Transformation team is seeking a Change, Communications & Culture Manager to lead large‑scale transformation projects at the South African Technology & Innovation Centre (SATIC). You will apply PwC’s NextGen Change methodology and AI‑enabled tools to embed new ways of working and deliver lasting business value for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver strategic change management, communication and culture initiatives for workforce transformations.
• Collaborate with the UK NextGen Change team to align perspectives and enhance client outcomes.
• Manage client relationships and lead a team of consultants to ensure high‑quality deliverables and timely execution.
• Create impactful presentations for senior audiences using digital collaboration platforms.
• Measure and report on the impact of technology, people and cultural change.

Required profile

• NQF Level 7 or higher (South Africa).
• 5‑8 years of experience in consulting or industry roles focused on change management, workforce transformation, communications or culture.
• Relevant change‑management certification (e.g., CCMP, Prosci, AMPG) is advantageous.
• Proven team‑management experience.
