Candidate Sourcer – High‑Volume Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Candidate Sourcer to build high‑quality talent pipelines quickly. You will identify, qualify, and organise candidates for our Talent Partners, accelerating the recruitment process and adding long‑term value to our talent database.

Key responsibilities

• Search across platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn to locate relevant candidates.
• Build targeted long‑lists aligned with current vacancies and strategic hiring campaigns.
• Review resumes against job descriptions and predefined hiring criteria.
• Conduct phone‑based pre‑screening to assess skills, experience, industry knowledge, cultural fit, compensation expectations, and location.
• Qualify candidates using scorecards or screening criteria and schedule qualified prospects with Talent Partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records, tagging and categorising candidates for future searches.
• Develop and sustain structured talent pools for upcoming hiring needs.
• Support pipeline reporting and track candidate progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Achieve outbound sourcing and activity metrics set by management.

Required profile

• Confident, eloquent communicator comfortable speaking on the phone and selling.
• High urgency, energy, and commercial drive motivated by earnings.
• Positive attitude, strong personal values, and resilience in a fast‑paced performance culture.
• Willingness to work US‑aligned hours and operate proactively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM/ATS platforms.
• Experience sourcing on LinkedIn and Indeed.
