Business Finance SDR

About the role

The Business Finance Sales Development Representative will convert UK business finance prospects into qualified funding applications. Working from Cape Town, you will operate on a UK time schedule (08:00–17:00 UK time) and handle high‑volume outbound calls to engage business owners.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150+ outbound dials per day and conduct 25–30 decision‑maker conversations.
• Work with cold UK business data and aged enquiry records to identify eligible prospects.
• Conduct eligibility discovery and complete loan applications live on the call.
• Execute warm transfers of qualified leads to third‑party funding partners.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline while keeping CRM and dialler data clean.
• Consistently meet high‑volume conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling or qualifying UK business finance products (unsecured loans, merchant cash advances, invoice or asset finance).
• Demonstrated ability to handle large outbound call volumes and work with both cold purchased data and warm enquiry data.
• Fluent, confident spoken English with a strong telephone presence suited to UK business owners.
• High discipline in CRM usage and dialler management.
