Business Development Representative – Sales Growth Role

About the role
The Business Development Representative (BDR 1) will drive volume growth, increase market share and enhance competitiveness for our portfolio of beverages. You will work closely with distributors and retail outlets to ensure product availability, proper placement and pricing compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall market growth.
- Manage and supervise distributors in the designated sector, overseeing orders, payments and re‑distribution.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of the full product range at customer and retail locations.
- Ensure chillers are correctly positioned and used exclusively for our products in the assigned outlets.
- Monitor and enforce recommended retail pricing.
- Track competitor activities and respond with appropriate actions.
Required profile
- Minimum three‑year degree qualification.
- At least two years of experience in sales, marketing or FMCG environments.
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Strong local area knowledge and excellent administration skills.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
