About the role

We are a fast‑growing multifamily property management and real‑estate investment firm seeking a self‑driven Business Development Representative to own our outbound acquisition pipeline. This remote position focuses on high‑value property owners and aims to open doors for management contracts, equity stakes, and development partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute an aggressive sales playbook from day one, including cold‑calling scripts, multi‑channel cadences, and follow‑up SOPs.
  • Conduct high‑activity outbound outreach via phone, email sequences, and physical mailers targeting owners of 10+ units.
  • Lead qualification and discovery conversations to uncover pain points, asset performance issues, and succession plans.
  • Maintain detailed prospect data, timelines, and pipeline status in the internal CRM.
  • Hand off qualified opportunities and discovery notes to executive leadership for closing.

Required profile

  • 3‑5 years of direct outbound BDR, inside‑sales, or cold‑calling experience, preferably with high‑net‑worth individuals or real‑estate principals.
  • Proven ability to design and own a sales pipeline, including outreach strategies and email cadences.
  • Resilient, results‑oriented mindset with a thick skin for high‑volume outreach.
  • Highly articulate, neutral accent to build immediate credibility with US‑based property owners.
