Business Development Manager – Remote, 30-40k RAND base, 100k RAND OTE

About the role

We are a leading professional services firm seeking a driven Business Development Manager to work remotely. The role focuses on expanding our client base in the legal, technology, and accounting sectors, leveraging inbound and historic leads.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business from law firms, technology companies, and accounting firms.
• Conduct heavy outbound calling and digital outreach to create opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through weekly meetings.
• Convert cold outreach and warm leads into closed deals.
• Coordinate client meetings, ensure successful execution and follow‑up.
• Market candidates to clients and reactivate historic leads.
• Contribute to the growth of the business in the US market.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience, preferably in recruitment or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to conversion.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated and highly organized.
• Willingness to work USA hours (10 AM–8:15 PM UK time).
