About the role

Zeal Group, an award‑winning FinTech company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition across the African region. You will lead the strategy and execution of initiatives that attract new institutional and retail partners for multi‑asset trading products.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Money Managers interested in trading Gold, Oil, FX/CFD, and Cryptocurrencies.
  • On‑board IBs, increase their accounts, deposits and revenue contributions.
  • Identify and target new client segments, create tailored acquisition campaigns and lead‑generation activities.
  • Cross‑sell retail clients that meet IB thresholds and guide them through the growth lifecycle.
  • Stay informed on market news and trends in FX, commodities, stocks and indices, advising partners on trading and risk‑management strategies.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine acquisition tactics.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer, Growth Marketer or Acquisition Marketer with a focus on the African market.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of FX, commodities, indices and equity markets.
  • Hunter mindset with a results‑driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
